The fastest way to book your journey with Heathrow Express.
Book your tickets using the free Heathrow Express application and save time. This intuitive streamlined app allows you to book and pay for tickets in less than 30 seconds using your iPhone.
You can receive your ticket with 2D bar code and reference number direct within your app on your phone. All you then need to do when on the train is select your purchased ticket to allow our onboard staff to scan your ticket.
You can have a personal account within the app, providing an option to store your details and preferred payment method so that you can fast-track the payment process. A history of your previous journeys is automatically created for your records.
Personal information and card details are securely protected via high-level data encryption. Your payment card 3-digit security code is not stored and is required each time you book, so your card details are protected. This secure app has been accredited by Barclays and is PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). It accepts all major credit and debit cards, except Maestro.
The app also gives you live service updates so that you are kept informed at all times.
Express class Single tickets are £16.50 and Express class Return tickets are £32.
Bookings are only valid if purchased minimum 15 minutes in advance.
Heathrow Express is one of the most successful high-speed air-rail links in the world. Every day 150 services run between London Paddington to Heathrow Central (Terminals 1 & 3) in 15 minutes, taking only a further 6 minutes to Terminal 5. Heathrow Express operates a free transfer service to Terminal 4 from Heathrow Central, departing every 15 minutes and arriving in only 4 minutes.
